Starling will host a single slide, thirty minute discussion
on “Top Ten” knowledge needs and tools
for success in supply chain procurement. The list
is based on qualitative inputs over the last decade
by industry professionals, high level executives and
visionaries. (Sidebar: If you want to know who Dr.
Starling believes are the visionaries in Procurement
based SCM, then you better come to the dinner.) The
last ten minutes of the evening will be “open
microphone” time for participants to contribute
their thoughts on what they would add or delete from
the list to help all of us prepare for the next ten
years in the Supply Chain Procurement Environment.
