Come and enjoy a great buffet dinner
and enter the fun, fast & fascinating world of
casino purchasing! Larry Chapp, Senior Director of
Purchasing at Viejas, will tell us about the type
of goods and services his department is responsible
for buying. Learn how surveillance cameras are disguised
and placed, what unique challenges the buyers are
faced with, where they learn their unique skills and
many other differences between the standard manufacturing
environment and the rest of the wide world of purchasing!
When you enter the casino go to the buffet and tell
them you are with the purchasing group. You will be
directed to a glassed in room at the back of the buffet.
Our meeting will kick off with the Pledge of Allegiance
followed by a few announcements. Then everyone can
select from the awesome buffet all the food you can
eat. Larry’s talk will follow dinner and he
promises to be done in plenty of time for you to shop
for Christmas gifts at the outlets across the street
or to take in the sights and fun of the casino. See

NAPM-San
Diego's dinner meetings are held the second Tuesday of every
month. Locations vary to accommodate the diverse locations
of our members, so be sure to scroll down to read about our current
meeting or check the future
schedule for meetings to come. Remember that you do
not have to be a member to come and join us!
Reservations
are required.....kindly reserve your seat online or by phone,
fax or mail.

following details apply to all members and non-members planning
to attend one of our meetings:

to the fact that NAPM-SD has to pay the full price of each
guaranteed dinner (we give a count on Friday), it has become
necessary to charge the full price to the member/non member
that fails to attend after making a reservation. It is not
fair to the general membership to subsidize costs of dinners.
- Non-Sufficient Funds fee: There will be
a $20 fee for any check that is returned for
non-sufficient funds.
