Meeting Announcement

Taylor Guitars

Speaker: Charlie Redden, Purchasing Manager at Taylor Guitars

Established in 1974, Taylor Guitars has evolved from a small venture between co-founders Bob Taylor and Kurt Listug into the world’s most successful and highly regarded manufacturer of high-end acoustic guitars. The company pioneered the use of computer technology, lasers, and other high-tech tools to craft acoustic guitars with unparalleled precision and consistency. The resulting blend of cutting-edge production and hands-on attention to detail has distinguished Taylors as some of the most beautiful, easy-to-play, and musically inspiring acoustic guitars in the world. The company’s recent introduction of its new SolidBody electric guitar is an excellent example of Taylor and Listug’s willingness to innovate and their dedication to furthering the art of guitar building.

This is what students are saying about the CPM classes:

Passed the exam (took it the Saturday after our last class) and just want to say the class definitely helped me! Mike

IT Supplier Contracts Manager

Carol,

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that I will be eternally grateful for the wisdom that you imparted to me as a CPM candidate. As you know, passed my last module last year, and am now a Purchasing Manager in Georgia. Again thanks for you really did make a difference.
- Winsome Culley,
C.P.M, A.P.P.

"I only completed the classroom study and passed Mod 3 test. At that time, I decided to take the summer off and put effort into testing in the fall. I was officially promoted at work as Purchasing Manager and Freight Manager and received a nice pay raise. This was made possible in part to the NAPM study courses, so in that regard it was all worth it."
- Dave Gamman
Purchasing Manager/Freight Manager
